COVID-19 Warning / Assumption of Risk

The safety of fans, artists and staff remains our top priority.  Our team continues to be in regular communication with local health and public safety officials and we intend to abide by relevant state recommendations to ensure a safe and enjoyable festival.  

As we approach JMBLYA (September 3, 2021 in Rogers, AR; September 4, 2021 in Dallas, TX; September 5, 2021 in Austin, TX; September 25, 2021 in Phoenix, AZ; October 2, 2021 in Mountain View, CA; October 9, 2021 in Mansfield, MA), we will continue to update fans with the important information, including any changes to policies and procedures you need to know before entering the festival.  Updates will be shared on this page, through our social media channels and via our email list.  If you have not done so already, sign up for our E-mail list at to have the most current information sent directly to your inbox.


COVID-19 Warning and Assumption of Risk

We have implemented enhanced guidelines, rules, regulations, and health and safety protocols for you, our artists, our vendors, and our contractors.  You must follow all such protocols and posted instructions while attending JMBLYA.

Notwithstanding our best efforts, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying media conditions are especially vulnerable.


By attending JMBLYA, you voluntarily assume any and all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 from the Festival, and hereby release the Festival from liability in connection therewith.
